A delicious and crunchy granola with ingredients you may already have in your cupboards. Perfect for snacking, take on hikes or to the beach. The More healthy option for the kids snacks, also a great topping for ice cream and yogurt.
Relatively easy recipe. Just be sure to watch the granola towards the end as you don't want it to burn.
Preheat oven to 300⁰ Fahrenheit.
Mix together oats, almonds, flaked coconut, flour, salt, and cinnamon together and set aside.
Make sure coconut oil is melted and then whisk that, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
Once mixed, pour the oil mixture over the oat mixture and stir until fully combined.
Spread the mixture evenly on to a rimmed baking sheet (can be unlined and ungreased). It should be a thin, single layer.
Bake for 40 minutes, stirring halfway through at 20 minutes. After 40 minutes, remove from oven.
Do not stir! Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
Serve by itself, with milk, on ice cream, yogurt or any other way you would use granola.
