I have been making these peanut butter cookies since I was 10! They are a family favorite, use minimal ingredients, and are naturally gluten free! They can also be customized to your liking!

Mix together 1 egg, 1 cup peanut butter, and 1 cup of sugar. Add in whatever mix-in you want! I prefer milk chocolate chips but you can customize however you want. For example, I used Cadbury eggs and sprinkles for Easter and it was a hit and looked so cute! Bake for 10 minutes at 350. They may be a little soft still but they will cook outside a bit so make sure to take them out.
